A cutting-edge, newly constructed facility in Chelsea, MA is seeking a dedicated CNA to join their team in a relaxed, supportive environment designed for both staff and residents.

Pay for this opening is $25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding nursing care under the guidance of an RN or LPN by monitoring and observing patients' conditions.
• Record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate, as part of the care plan and input data into Meditech.
• Communicate with patients to assess their emotional needs, help, and offer social support.

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in Massachusetts
• 1-2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Ability to commute to Chelsea, MA

Preferred Requirements:

• Dementia Care Training (We will enroll you in a class if you do not have this certification)
