About the role

• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.
• Same day pay.
• Shift times: 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM.
• $5 PIB.
• $2 an hour shift differential for evening shift.
• $12,000 sign‑on bonus for any shift full time.
• $6,000 sign‑on bonus for any shift part time.
• Up to $53 an hour.

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physician's plan of treatment.
• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
