Unit Manager

Full‑time position available. Same Day Pay. Sign‑on Bonuses $12,000. Pay Range $45–$55 per hour.

• Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on assigned unit.
• Oversee resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning for the unit.
• Ensure complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow‑up as necessary to the Administrator and Director of Nursing.
• Actively participate in committee/programs directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs.

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN or RN in this state.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of nursing experience, including two (2) years or more as a supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital, or related health care center.
