- Lead and oversee clinical operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality resident‑centered care.
- Supervise nursing staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care planning and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulatory standards and prepare unit for surveys.
- Coordinate admissions, transitions, and discharge planning for residents.
- Monitor resident condition, clinical documentation, and care outcomes for continuous quality improvement.
- Promote a positive, accountable culture focused on safety and teamwork.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Experience working as an LPN or RN in a long‑term care environment.
- Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English.
- Experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
