Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA Chelsea, MA

• Requirement:
  Valid/active CNA license

• Assist residents/patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Support safe transfers and ambulation using proper techniques/equipment
• Help with meal set-up/feeding assistance as needed
• Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team (skin concerns, appetite, mood, mobility, etc.)
• Take and document vital signs as assigned
• Provide respectful companionship and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Follow care plans and comply with facility policies and safety procedures

• Valid CNA license (active and in good standing)
• Prior experience in a long‑term care, rehab, hospital, or assisted living setting
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, professional approach
• Ability to work on your feet and assist with physical aspects of patient care
