Chelsea Jewish Lifecare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care at the Leonard Florence Center for Living. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform treatments per physician orders and care plans.
Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting clinical status in the EHR, and collaborating with the care team to ensure continuity of care. BLS/ACLS CPR certifications and MA LPN license required.
