About This Role

The RN - Primary Care/Triage position at Mass General Brigham involves providing individualized nursing care, interpreting medical plans, and ensuring safe nursing practices. This role is ideal for experienced RNs looking for a day shift position with no weekends or holidays.

• Pay: $41.72 - $105.65/Hourly
• Location: Chelsea, MA
• Facility: The General Hospital Corporation
• Schedule: Full-Time, Four 10-Hour shifts per week

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

• Education:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience:
  • 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience required
