Colwen Hotels - Up to $23.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Keep our hotel in top condition with repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, building systems;
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and get things back on track quickly;
Pitch in with everything from locks and doors to painting and landscaping;
Perform routine preventative maintenance programs, follow established guidelines;
Respond promptly to guest needs and work orders because every detail matters
