The Harbor Area Family Resource Center (FRC) is seeking a Family Partner to support families in Chelsea, helping access resources and provide same-day support. A caregiver with lived experience raising a child or youth with special needs is preferred.
You will document activities, facilitate family support groups, assist with transportation when needed, participate in committees, and provide on-call crisis intervention as required. Bilingual Spanish or other languages strongly preferred.
