Lot Attendant - Boston Service Center

Overview

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as Lot Attendants. This position pays $15.50 per hour with an additional $2 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 7:00 pm and 12:00 am. Employees can earn year‑to‑year merit increases based on performance. The role is located at 324 Marginal Street, Chelsea, MA 02150.

• Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Sunday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Monday‑Thursday, 3:30 pm – 12:00 am

• Assist with lot organization and parking of cars.
• Move and position vehicles from various locations for cleaning, servicing, transport, and/or rental needs.
• Transport vehicles to gas stations for fuel and tire pressure checks.
• Drive vehicles from return locations to cleaning/servicing sites, ensuring they are ready for service agents as directed.
• Drive clean vehicles to ready line areas and park for customer access as directed.
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
• Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
• Communicate via 2‑way radio or cellular phone as required.
• Clean vehicles when asked.
• Perform other service‑related duties to meet customer needs.
• Management reserves the right to modify, change or delete assigned duties.

• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
