Our client is a charming Hotel, Pub, and Restaurant serving high-quality classic British food in a relaxed atmosphere. They have 20 guest bedrooms and plan to invest further over the next 12 months to stay competitive.

Looking for someone with experience in a busy multi-functional Hotel/Pub environment. You must lead by example, inspire and motivate your team, and be involved in training and development. Collaboration with the Owners and Head Chef to provide excellent guest experiences is essential.
