Our client is a small independent business looking for an experienced cook to join their weekend team. This is a temporary position working Saturdays and Sundays, preparing breakfast and lunch service. The role offers £15.00 per hour and is ideal for someone seeking flexible weekend work in a close-knit hospitality environment.

Saturdays and Sundays, perfect for flexible working arrangements

Preferred Requirements

Proven experience working as a cook in a professional kitchen environment
Competence in preparing breakfast and lunch dishes to consistent standards
Ability to work efficiently during service periods and manage time effectively
Strong food hygiene and health and safety awareness
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a small team

Preferred Qualifications

Level 1 or Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
Relevant culinary qualification or apprenticeship in professional cookery
Experience in independent or small hospitality businesses
