Location: Cheltenham and the immediate surrounding area.

Salary: £35,000 basic, with time and a half overtime rate. Yearly earnings typically range £43,000‑£53,000, depending on overtime.

Hours: 40 hours rota'd across Monday to Sunday. Earliest start 6 am, latest finish 12 am with mandatory 12‑hour rest between shifts, scheduled for the whole year in advance.

Working closely with the breakdown team, you will attend breakdowns to diagnose issues, repair vehicles to get them back on the road or arrange for a workshop transfer. You will identify problems and advise customers, perform vehicle servicing & general maintenance, electrical work and diagnostics. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician you are the face of the business, so delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

• Diagnose and fix vehicle issues at the breakdown location.
• Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle status.
• Perform vehicle servicing, general maintenance, electrical work, and diagnostics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional standards.

• Level 2 qualifying required;
  Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
