Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd are specialists in serving the local social housing market. Our services consist of voids, planned works, larger repairs & occasional responsive repairs.

• Experience and proven track record as plasterer as main trade
• Must be confident in other trades such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating etc
• Time served trade experience is highly regarded – if you have this please do still apply
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and customers
• Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents
• Professional appearance as we are customer-facing business

• Social housing background preferred but not essential
• Good organisational skills
• All levels of experience will be considered – we are keen to seek out those that are passionate about what they do and can deliver high quality workmanship
• City in Guilds/NVQ or relevant experience
  
  Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Full clean driving

• We can offer PAYE or Self-employed; salary will be discussed upon application
• Company van and fuel card issued to PAYE workers
• Monday-Friday, 08am - 16:30pm
• Weekend work optional
• Holiday + bank holidays allocated
