Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - South of England - Up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in Bristol & Birmingham. CBW are currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a region of circa 8 commercial buildings in the South of England (Bristol & Birmingham). The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is a mobile position and will require the successful candidate to attend a number of sites where they will be required to carry out reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

The sites include Bristol & Birmingham, 2 days in 1 location and 3 days in the other. Due to the location of the sites it would probably suit someone based in Gloucester or Tewkesbury.

• Emergency lighting & fire alarm maintenance
• Carry out reactive maintenance
• Air conditioning - air handling units / fan coil unit (filter changes, cleaning)
• BMS system - monitor (i.e. hot & cold, etc)
• Tap temps
• Ensuring log books are kept up to date
• Escorting specialist sub contractors
• Assisting other engineers
• Offering technical support

Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3
• 17th or 18th edition
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• You must be happy to work on a mobile basis and attend multiple sites across a large patch
