£23 per hour + van paid door to door

Qualifications & Site Compliance

* Valid CSCS / JIB Card Holder

* Strong understanding of site H&S regulations and RAMS

* Experienced working on large commercial construction sites

* Able to work independently or as part of a coordinated team

* Own tools & full PPE

* Reliable, punctual and professional on site

Commercial & Industrial Experience

* Commercial heating & chilled water systems

* Plant room installations & refurbishments

* Copper, carbon steel, stainless steel & press-fit systems

* Threaded, welded & screwed pipework

* Boosted cold water systems

* LTHW & CHW pipework

* Riser installations

* Commercial sanitary installations

* Testing, commissioning & fault finding

* Reading and working from technical drawings & schematics
