Testing and Inspection Electrician - Mobile

Location:

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (commutable from Gloucestershire, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Evesham, Cirencester, Tewkesbury).

Salary: up to £42,000 plus (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).

• Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across commercial sites.
• Perform routine testing, diagnose faults, and carry out remedial electrical works.
• Complete small installations and minor upgrades as required.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and point‑of‑work assessments.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using mobile devices.
• Work unsociable hours, including weekends and overnight, compensated at enhanced overtime rates.

• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing certification.
• City & Guilds 2377 certification or NVQ Level 3 Technical Apprenticeship.
• Relevant electrical qualifications such as 18th Edition, ECS Gold Card.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in electrical testing and remedial work.
