We recognize the land of the Spokane Tribe and other tribes that shared the land for fishing and trading, including the Spokane Tribe, Coeur d’Alene Tribe, Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, the Kalispel Tribe, and the Nez Perce Tribe. Native American heritage is woven into our institution and embraced daily by students, staff, faculty, and the EWU community.
