Associate Vice Provost of Faculty Affairs. The Associate Vice Provost of Faculty Affairs (AVP
-FA) provides strategic leadership for faculty success through the design, implementation, and assessment of policies, programs, and systems that support faculty across the full career cycle. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and forward‑thinking leader to help shape the faculty experience at EWU and to strengthen the systems, relationships, and practices that support faculty excellence. This position is responsible for developing and implementing policies and programs related to faculty recruitment, development, evaluation, retention, tenure, and promotion.
The AVP
-FA also provides strategic leadership for the professional growth.
