Job Summary:The Office of Grants, Research and Development at Eastern Washington University is currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for our position of Director, Grant and Research Development.
The Office of Grant and Research Development provides leadership for faculty scholarship, sponsored programs, research administration, and research development activities at Eastern Washington University.
The office supports faculty, staff, and students in securing external funding, advancing scholarship and creative activities, and building institutional capacity for research and sponsored programs. Through collaborative partnerships with academic colleges, administrative offices, and external stakeholders, the Office of Grant and Research Development fosters an environment that encourages innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and scholarly excellence.
As the university continues to strengthen its research and graduate education enterprise, the Director will play a critical leadership role in supporting faculty success, improving research administration processes, implementing effective systems and technologies, and advancing the strategic priorities of the Dean of Graduate Studies and Research.

The salary range for this position is $89,237 - $124, 932. Where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills.
