As an in‑home Caregiver
, you will provide essential senior care and support so clients can remain safe and independent in their own homes. Typical Caregiver duties include:
- Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support
- Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal planning and meal preparation
- Medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and walking
- Providing safe, reliable home care in clients’ homes throughout Spokane County
- Following the care plan and communicating any changes to the office team
Shifts and schedules vary, with days, evenings, overnights, and weekend Caregiver shifts available.
CaregiverJob Requirements
- Preferred but not required:
- Certified Home Care Aide (HCA)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- No experience? We can help you become a Caregiver –
we pay for your HCA training! - Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass:
- Written competency evaluation
- Drug screen
- Nationwide background check
