Personal Caregiver / Home Care Aide – Spokane County
Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in‑home care agency, is hiring compassionate Caregivers to provide high‑quality home care to seniors and adults in Spokane County. We have full‑time and part‑time Caregiver jobs available and are looking for people who truly care about helping others live safely and comfortably at home.

Pay: $20–$22 per hour (DOE & certification)

As an in‑home Caregiver, you will provide essential senior care and support so clients can remain safe and independent in their own homes. Typical Caregiver duties include:
- Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support
- Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal planning and meal preparation
- Medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and walking
- Providing safe, reliable home care in clients’ homes throughout Spokane County
- Following the care plan and communicating any changes to the office team
Shifts and schedules vary, with days, evenings, overnights, and weekend Caregiver shifts available.
CaregiverJob Requirements
Preferred but not required:
- Certified Home Care Aide (HCA)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
No experience? We can help you become a Caregiver – we pay for your HCA training!
Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to pass:
- Written competency evaluation
- Drug screen
- Nationwide background check
