SSP is seeking an Assistant Commissary Manager to support high-volume Food & Beverage Operations in the Hospitality & Travel sector. You will help oversee daily commissary production, ensuring food quality, safety, and consistency for multiple outlets. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory and ordering, enforcing HACCP and sanitation standards, coordinating deliveries, and supporting cost controls.
