- Supports all aspects of the Summer Associate Program — orientation and training, assignment quality, social events, and performance reviews — under the direction of the Attorney Recruiting Manager and firm leadership.
- Contributes to program planning by coordinating meetings, developing agendas, creating communication plans, and drafting communications to the office and local hiring committee.
- Partners with the Office Hiring Partner and Practice Group Recruiting Partners to select and support associate summer liaisons, providing training, timely information, and planning resources.
- Facilitates the summer associate offer process in close coordination with recruiting partners and the Hiring Committee; owns the administrative execution of all offer‑related activities.
- Leads tactical planning and execution of law student outreach, Summer Associate Program events, and offeree events, with attendance at all planned functions.

- Supports the Fall OCI program for designated schools by distributing resumes, drafting interviewer slates, preparing interview packets, organizing callback meetings, and maintaining all related records.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with recruiting partners, associates, and key stakeholders to drive attorney participation in OCI; keeps all parties informed throughout the process.
- Assists in planning and coordinating receptions and on‑campus events as part of the fall recruiting season.
- Prepares offer letters and maintains accurate records of interviews, offers, rejections, and acceptances; represents the firm at law schools as requested.
- Supports the Attorney Recruiting Manager in building talent pipelines and strategic recruitment plans for high‑demand practice groups.
- Assists with position approvals and postings, including drafting job descriptions, coordinating with practice groups, obtaining approvals, and engaging search firms.
- Manages candidate workflows as needed — screening resumes, checking references, scheduling interviews, preparing marketing materials, tracking evaluations, and maintaining applicant files.
- Prepares offer letters for lateral associates and provides candidate follow‑up; serves as backup support for related Taleo documentation and new hire notifications.
- Assists with lateral hire and fall associate onboarding, including reviewing and updating orientation materials and supporting arrival logistics.
- Owns data integrity across all applicant records in the firm's applicant tracking system.
- Tracks key recruiting metrics, compiles new hire statistics, generates reports on request, and monitors recruiting expenses.
- Supports budget development and tracking for the Summer Associate Program, OCI season, and general recruiting activities; maintains appropriate cost controls.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2‑4 years of recruiting experience or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Strong technology skills in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Human Resource and ATS systems and relational databases preferred.
- Previous mid‑large size law firm or professional services firm experience preferred.
