Job Summary

Eastern Washington University seeks candidates for a professional Director-Human Resource Systems. This position is responsible for the strategic management, implementation, and optimization of EWU's HR systems. This includes management, input and maintenance of HR data, files, records and report creation. The position will ensure the Human Resources Office maintains up-to-date information systems, and data, to meet institutional needs.

  • Knowledgeable about diverse HR functions and processes, and able to develop an in-depth understanding of the operations, culture, and personnel of Eastern Washington University.

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, to consistently and accurately apply acquired knowledge, and at the same time, to function as a collaborative and supportive team member.
  • Self-initiative and consistent high-level performance which demonstrates a strong work ethic and contributes to the value that Human Resources brings to the university.

The salary for this position is $94,945 - $111,708. Where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills.

In addition to salary, the university offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and disability insurance and retirement. Conditions Of Employment
