Job Summary

We are currently seeking skilled and team‑oriented applicants for the Associate Vice Principle (ACP) of Facilities, The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Facilities provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the university’s physical infrastructure, including planning, design, construction, maintenance, operations, and custodial services. The AVP is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and sustainable campus environment that supports student success.

The position plays a critical role in long‑range capital planning, resource management, and fostering a culture of customer service and continuous improvement. The AVP must demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, adaptability, and professionalism. The AVP must be available to respond to emergency calls during non‑business hours and determine appropriate responses.

This position oversees a team of approximately 170 employees in the areas of Construction & Planning, Sustainability, Facilities Maintenance, and Facilities Services.
