What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all manufacturing activities
  • Ensure cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and quality compliance across operations
  • Own KPIs including OEE, yield, labor efficiency, and cycle time
  • Lead cross-training, resource leveling, and workforce optimization
  • Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Life Sciences (Master’s preferred)
  • Proven leader in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments
  • Deep expertise in continuous improvement and production planning
  • Strong cross-functional communicator and change leader
  • Aseptic filling and pharmaceutical experience preferred
