- Own KPIs including OEE, yield, labor efficiency, and cycle time
- Lead cross-training, resource leveling, and workforce optimization
- Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Life Sciences (Master’s preferred)
- Proven leader in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments
- Deep expertise in continuous improvement and production planning
- Strong cross-functional communicator and change leader
- Aseptic filling and pharmaceutical experience preferred
