Walls Assembly Laborer – Night Shift

Schedule

Monday–Thursday | 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM 4‑day work week Paid lunch + 5% shift differential

Pay

$21.44–$28.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience. Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews thereafter.

About the Role

We are hiring a Walls Assembly Laborer to support the build and assembly of insulated wall panels used in custom commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.

This role is hands‑on production work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be working with insulation, liner materials, prints, carts, and wall panel components throughout the assembly process.

This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

This is a safety‑sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.

What You Will Do
  • Assemble insulated wall panels and related components
  • Fit and install insulation into wall panels
  • Prep carts and materials for upcoming production stations
  • Read prints and follow build instructions
  • Stage liner materials and parts for assembly
  • Use tape measures, hand tools, and production equipment
  • Work with your team to meet daily production goals

Preferred Experience

  • On your feet most of the shift
  • Regular lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Repetitive production work in a team environment
  • Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and production noise
