$21.44-$28.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience
Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that

We are hiring a Sheet Metal Operator/Fabricator to support the cutting, bending, punching, and fabrication of sheet metal components used in custom commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.

This role is hands‑on production work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work with fabrication equipment, prints, measurements, and raw materials to help produce high‑quality custom components.

This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work safely around industrial equipment.

This is a safety‑sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.

• Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment including shears and related machinery
• Read prints and follow build instructions
• Measure and handle different material types and thicknesses
• Assist with bending, punching, cutting, and fabrication processes
• Use measuring tools and follow quality standards
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and measurements

• Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or production experience
• Experience operating fabrication equipment or power tools
• Experience reading prints or using measuring tools

• On your feet most of the shift
• Regular lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive production work in a team environment
• Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and production noise
• 4-day work week (3-day weekends)
