$21.44-$28.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience
Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that

About the RoleWe are hiring a Sheet Metal Fabricator/Operator to support the cutting, bending, punching, and fabrication of sheet metal components used in custom commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
This role is hands-on production work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work with fabrication equipment, prints, measurements, and raw materials to help produce high-quality custom components.
This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work safely around industrial equipment.
This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.
What You Will Do- Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment including shears and related machinery
- Read prints and follow build instructions
- Measure and handle different material types and thicknesses
- Assist with bending, punching, cutting, and fabrication processes
- Use measuring tools and follow quality standards
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and measurements
- Able to read prints and follow instructions
