Location Haakon Industries is located at 1633 W 1st St, Cheney, WA 99004, USA, and we are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Sheet Metal Fabricator/Operator on the night shift. About the opportunity We are a leading manufacturer in our industry, and we are looking for a talented and experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator/Operator to work on our night shift team.

What you'll get to do:

• Operate and maintain various sheet metal fabrication equipment, including shears, brakes, and punches
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate fabrication of parts
• Use measuring instruments to verify the accuracy of fabricated parts
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating and maintaining various sheet metal fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify accuracy of parts
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a certificate or degree in a related field preferred
