$21.44-$30.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience
Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that.

About the RoleWe are hiring a Painter to prepare and finish custom commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
This role includes preparing surfaces, masking, caulking, spray painting, and inspecting finished products to ensure a high-quality appearance. Every unit is different, so attention to detail and pride in your workmanship are essential.
This is hands-on production work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, consistency, and safety matter.
This is a safety-sensitive position. Safe work practices and attention to detail are required at all times.
What You Will Do- Prepare equipment for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, masking, and caulking
- Spray paint bases, doors, panels, small components, and completed assemblies
- Read prints and follow production instructions
- Inspect parts before and after painting to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate paint pumps, spray guns, pressure pots, and related equipment
- Assist with spray foam operations as trained
- Maintain paint equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
- Work with your team to meet production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Able to follow prints, work instructions, and standard procedures
- Comfortable working with paints, coatings, and industrial equipment
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Able to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- You enjoy hands-on work and seeing finished products

- Manufacturing, painting, construction, automotive, or industrial finishing experience
- Experience with spray painting equipment
- Experience preparing surfaces for paint
- Experience reading prints or work instructions
- Experience using hand and power tools
- On your feet most of the shift
- Regular lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, and repetitive movement
- Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, production noise, paint fumes, and industrial equipment
- Required use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, and other required safety equipment
