Preferred Qualifications &

Experience:

• Active RN license required (Washington State)
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or community health setting strongly preferred
• CPR/BLS certification current and in good standing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and staff
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in performing first aid, medication administration, and responding to emergencies

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver health services, first aid, and acute care as needed to students and staff
• Manage medication administration and health records in compliance with policies
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support student health plans and wellness initiatives
• Monitor chronic conditions, handle health screenings, and provide education on disease prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality
• Support public health protocols and respond to health concerns or emergencies efficiently
