Maintenance Technician

Job Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Job Summary:

This individual will be expected to perform general maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. They will be expected to help maintain a safe environment for the residents, guests, and employees. Able to perform various work orders along with preventative maintenance work orders.

• Able to turn units in a timely manner – Getting vacant apartments ready for the new tenants to move in
• Painting
• Some electrical and plumbing work
• Repairing appliances
• Maintain the grounds
• Up-keep the curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas at one or more properties
• Track inventory and work order filing

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1-year experience preferred, not required
• Able to lift, push or pull a minimum of 50 pounds individually, regularly
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and painting
• Valid driver license, preferred
• English language proficiency
• Great customer service
• General understanding of Microsoft Suites
• Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards as they apply to residential housing
