Job Description
Join our team as a night shift forklift operator and production worker. This role involves operating stand-up electric and sit-down propane forklifts, as well as occasionally using a Combi. You will spend 20-30% of your time operating lifts, while the remaining time will be dedicated to production tasks in the finals department. Responsibilities include using drills and power tools to install doors, windows, and handles onto large industrial HVAC units.
Additionally, you may occasionally operate an overhead crane and will primarily use the forklift to move fans, pallets, and other materials around the shop, and empty garbage bins.
- Operate stand-up electric and sit-down propane forklifts.
- Perform production tasks in the finals department using drills and power tools.
- Install doors, windows, and handles onto large industrial HVAC units.
- Operate an overhead crane occasionally.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with assembly or construction.
- Knowledge of computer technology, blueprints, and schematics.
- Experience with sheet metal is a plus.
- Understanding of mathematics and mild steel.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheney, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.44 – $22.51/hr.
