- Support equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Document work performed and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Some nights are focused on preventive maintenance and planned projects. Other nights require diagnosing and repairing equipment while production is waiting.
The work is hands‑on, varied, and requires focus, urgency, and ownership. Every shift presents new challenges, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems and working with industrial equipment.
Who Succeeds HerePeople who succeed in this role are comfortable in industrial environments and don't panic when equipment goes down.
They think through problems, work safely under pressure, and take ownership of finding solutions. They enjoy learning new systems, adapting to changing priorities, and take pride in keeping production running.
