Truck Driver Job in Cheney WA - Over The Road
We are a family-owned company based in Spokane, WA, specializing in Dry Van and Reefer.
We’re looking for reliable drivers who want great pay, consistent miles, and more home time.
Schedule- 7 days on / 7 days off
- 7 days on / 3 days off
Want to stay out longer? No problem — stay out as long as you want and earn more.
Pay & BonusesStarting Pay: $0.60 CPM (Dry Van)
Starting Pay: $0.62 CPM (Reefer)
Performance Bonus – Earn more the more you drive.
Bonus Breakdown (Paid Quarterly)- 10,000 miles = +1 CPM
- 11,000 miles = +2 CPM
- 12,000 miles = +5 CPM
- 13,000 miles = +8 CPM
- 14,000+ miles = +10 CPM
If you hit 14,000 miles, your pay goes up to $0.72 CPM for that month!
