Job Description
The main responsibility of Domino's Pizza Delivery Driver is to deliver orders to designated locations on time. Punctuality and honesty are required. Drivers must read a basic road map, deliver orders correctly and politely, maintain vehicles before and after shifts, assist with food preparation, take customer orders, perform cleaning duties, and manage food shipments that may involve lifting up to 50 pounds.
Drivers should be knowledgeable about product details, services, charges, and related information to answer customer questions.
While performing duties, drivers may work outdoors in various temperatures, in noisy environments, near moving mechanical parts, and around fumes, odors, dust, or toxic chemicals. The job can be physically demanding; repeated hand use, standing for prolonged periods, bending, twisting, reaching above shoulder level, crouching, stooping, or kneeling may be required.

- Learning the delivery area
- Checking orders for quality and accuracy
- Providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Food preparation and packaging
- Taking orders and collecting payments
- Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
- Rotating commissary deliveries
Wage for all Delivery Drivers is $17.13 per hour, with reimbursement for miles driven based on a third‑party surveyor’s recommended rate of $0.45 per mile, reimbursement for data usage, and any credit card/cash tips paid to the driver from customers.

- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license under state laws, licensed for at least two years
- Acceptable motor vehicle report/driving abstract (no more than two moving violations and one accident in the last year)
- Unable to be considered with a DUI or speeding ticket over 24 mph
- Insured and have a satisfactory vehicle
- Able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- Willing to learn, be cross‑trained, perform other workstation duties as needed, with reasonable accommodation if required
