Travel Desk Executive with Admin Management

The platform will provide advisory services across governance, succession, capital structuring, investments, and institutionalization of family enterprises. This role sits at the front line of this new venture and is critical in shaping first impressions, trust, and day-to-day client experience in a high-discretion, relationship-driven environment.
Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled and friendly candidate for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for employees and management, while supporting day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning
Roles and Responsibilities:
Travel Desk Operations:
- Book and manage air, train, and bus tickets as per travel requests
- Arrange hotel accommodation, if any
- Coordinate travel itineraries, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Ensure cost-effective bookings in line with company travel policies
- Maintain travel records, invoices, and vendor details
- Handle last-minute travel changes and emergency travel support
Administrative Management:
- Coordinate with vendors for travel, hotels, and transport services
- Verify and process travel bills and reimbursements
- Maintain documentation and MIS reports related to travel expenses
- Support office administration activities as assigned
Required skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field and 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of travel booking portals and vendor coordination
- Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and cost-control mind set
- Ability to handle multiple travel requests simultaneously
