Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin cum Travel Desk Executive to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and manage employee travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
A. Administrative Support
Manage routine administrative activities and office coordination.
Handle vendor management and maintain vendor relationships.
Process bills and ensure timely payments in coordination with finance.
Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports accurately.
Support asset tracking and office inventory management.
Assist in organizing events and coordinating logistics as required.
Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures.
B. Travel Management:
Arrange domestic and international travel bookings (flights, accommodation, visas, and local transport).
Coordinate travel approvals and prepare detailed travel itineraries.
Manage travel vendors and negotiate competitive rates.
Track travel expenses and maintain proper documentation.
Provide support for last-minute travel changes or emergencies.
Ensure adherence to company travel policies and guidelines.
C. Visa Processing:
Handle end-to-end visa processing with complete documentation compliance.
Prepare and verify required documentation for visa applications.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa agencies.
Manage passport renewals and immigration formalities.
Maintain visa status trackers and ensure timely renewals.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Graduate in any discipline.
3-5 years of experience in Administration and Travel Coordination.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Basic knowledge of vendor management and documentation processes.
Preferred Skills :
Experience working with travel portals and agencies.
Exposure to corporate travel policies and procedures.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
