Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive   Personal Secretary   to support senior management at our real estate firm based in Mylapore, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits
Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, and official correspondence
Handle phone calls professionally and take accurate messages
Coordinate with clients, brokers, legal teams, and vendors
Maintain confidential files, documents, and records related to real estate projects
Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and meeting agendas
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items discussed in meetings
Support administrative and office management activities as required
Required

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
3–6 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English   (Tamil proficiency is a strong advantage)
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of discretion and professionalism
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in the   real estate or construction industry   is an added advantage
Experience supporting senior leadership or promoters
Compensation & Benefits
Annual CTC:  ₹5 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
