Key Responsibilities:
- Design creatives for social media, performance ads, branding, and campaigns
- Translate briefs into clear, engaging visual concepts
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
- Work on multiple projects and manage timelines efficiently
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and account managers
- Make revisions based on feedback from internal teams and clients
- Prepare final files for digital and print use
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a creative agency or similar setup
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (InDesign is a plus)
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing creatives
- Eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work fast without compromising on quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Good to Have:
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video formats
- Experience working on campaign or performance marketing creatives
- A strong portfolio showing digital and brand work
