Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and dynamic  Multimedia Designer  with a proven track record in the  event management/experiential marketing industry . The ideal candidate will blend 2D graphic design expertise with 3D visualization and video production skills to bring event concepts, stage designs, and immersive brand experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities    Event Conceptualization:  Create stunning 3D walkthroughs, stage designs, stall layouts, and spatial designs for corporate events, weddings, and exhibitions.
2D Graphic Design:  Design comprehensive event collateral, including branding, signage, backdrops, invitations, social media assets, and print materials.
Video Production:  Develop engaging 3D event intro videos, teaser trailers, and motion graphics for LED backdrops.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the production and client servicing teams to ensure designs are structurally feasible and align with client briefs.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience  strictly within the event industry .
2D Design Suite:  Expert-level proficiency in  Adobe Photoshop ,  Adobe Illustrator , and  CorelDRAW .
3D & Video Production:  Strong hands-on experience with  Lumion  , Skewtchup (or similar 3D rendering software) and  3D video animation tools  (such as After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D).
Portfolio:  A strong portfolio showcasing architectural/event 3D renders, walkthroughs, and print-ready graphic assets.
Key Competencies   Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle last-minute event design changes.
Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, and materials used in event fabrication.
Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail.
