Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into bold, memorable visual language. Someone who understands brand thinking deeply and can independently execute high-quality design across branding, digital, print, and campaigns.

You’ll take ownership of creative projects, guide junior designers, collaborate with strategy/content teams, and ensure every output reflects clarity, consistency, and strong design thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strong visual concepts for branding, digital creatives, packaging, and campaigns.
Lead design execution from concept to delivery with high attention to detail.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to build cohesive outputs.
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
Participate in brainstorming, pitch discussions, and creative strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design/Visual Communication.
3–5 years of proven studio/agency experience.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite + working knowledge of Figma.
Strong storytelling, system thinking, typography, and layout skills.
A portfolio that demonstrates branding + digital expertise.
