About the Role
Edvoy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Growth Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms, helping strengthen our brand presence and support marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and create compelling visual assets for social media, advertisements, corporate communications, marketing campaigns, and other brand-related materials.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Branding
Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and print materials.
Develop visually appealing marketing collateral that aligns with Edvoy's brand guidelines.
Create corporate communication materials while maintaining consistency in visual identity and brand language.
Design creatives for paid social media campaigns and advertisements across various platforms.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics.
Edit short-form videos and create basic motion graphics for marketing campaigns and social media.
Support the marketing team with multimedia content creation when required.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, content, and growth teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Present and communicate design concepts, ideas, and creative approaches clearly to stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members across different teams and locations.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and industry best practices.
Continuously bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Time Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Ensure all deliverables are completed on or before agreed deadlines.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all design outputs.
Requirements
1.5–2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design (Digital and Print).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Photoshop
Illustrator
Premiere Pro
After Effects
Working knowledge of Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, social media creatives, and marketing campaigns.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing creatives for social media platforms and digital advertisements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for the Technology, SaaS, Education, or IT industry.
Knowledge of presentation design.
Experience with online video editing tools.
Understanding of social media advertising formats and performance driven creatives.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
