About Us    Pixel Monkey Digital is a digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare clients across India. We create performance-driven campaigns, content, and digital experiences for leading hospitals and healthcare brands.

The Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can own the visual output for our healthcare clients, from social media creatives and ad banners to presentation decks and brand collateral. You'll work closely with our content and performance marketing teams to turn briefs into polished, on-brand designs, fast.

What You'll Do

Day to day, you'll design static and animated creatives for social media, paid ads, and client presentations. You'll handle basic video editing for reels, short-form content, and client deliverables. You'll use AI tools (Mid Journey, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar) to speed up ideation, mockups, and asset generation. You'll adapt designs across formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency for multiple clients.

You'll collaborate with the team on campaign concepts and visual storytelling.

What We're Looking For

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (or equivalent tools). Working knowledge of video editing, enough to cut, trim, add text/transitions, and export short-form video using Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, or similar. Familiarity with AI-assisted design and content tools. You don't need to be an expert, but you should already be using AI in your workflow. A sharp eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to work on multiple client accounts simultaneously without letting quality slip. 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

Work Setup

This is a full-time, in-office role, 5 days a week at our Chennai office. No hybrid, no remote. We value the energy and speed that comes from working together in person.

Compensation

₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skill level.
