Role Description   This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer role based in Chennai. The Senior Graphic Designer will create and refine visual concepts for marketing materials, digital campaigns, presentations, and product communication, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics and layouts, developing visual assets for web and print, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and maintaining consistent branding across all touchpoints.

The role involves managing multiple design projects, supervising or mentoring junior designers when needed, and preparing production-ready files for vendors and internal stakeholders. The Senior Graphic Designer will also contribute to creative direction, propose design improvements, and stay current with design trends relevant to the scientific and technology sectors.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to maintain and evolve visual identity.
Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, effective communication.
Advanced experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent).
Proven portfolio demonstrating senior-level design work and creative problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with technology, scientific, or B2B brands is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
