Key Responsibilities   Ensure cleanliness and sanitisation of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of service stations, back areas, and pantry.
Assist service staff in setting up tables, polishing cutlery, and replenishing supplies.
Support in stocking and organising inventory, linen, and consumables.
Follow proper waste disposal procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
Ensure all cleaning chemicals are handled safely and appropriately.
Assist in banquet/event setups when required.
Report any equipment malfunction or breakage to the supervisor.
Uphold all safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
Requirements   Prior experience as a steward/stewardess or similar role preferred (freshers can also apply).
Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning procedures.
Ability to handle physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holiday duties.
