Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steward located in Chennai. The Steward will ensure smooth and efficient food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of customer service and hygiene. Daily tasks will include setting up and clearing tables, serving food and beverages, assisting with restaurant operations, and liaising with kitchen and service staff to fulfill guest needs.

The Steward will also support team efforts in delivering a positive dining experience to every guest.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication for providing an excellent guest experience and handling queries or concerns effectively.
Proficiency in Food & Beverage service and Food Service procedures, with the ability to ensure quality and efficiency in serving meals.
Experience or willingness to participate in Training programs to improve service standards and adherence to proper food handling protocols.
Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards in all areas of work.
Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, though freshers with a passion for hospitality are also welcome to apply.
