Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Agent based in Chennai. The Patent Agent will be responsible for preparing and filing patent applications, conducting in-depth patent searches, analyzing patentability, and ensuring compliance with patent laws. The role requires a detail-oriented approach to intellectual property matters and close collaboration with team members to provide strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Patent Preparation, including drafting patent applications
Experience in Patent Applications and understanding patent filing procedures
Strong knowledge of Patent Law and Patentability concepts
Skilled in conducting thorough Patent Searching and analysis
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Technical or scientific background relevant to patent work is an advantage
Registration as a Patent Agent under the Indian Patent Office
